APPLICATION PROCESS:

Please send a letter of inquiry outlining your request for funding to 76 West Avenue Lockport NY 14094. After the initial letter is reviewed, you will be notified if you should submit a complete application or if the request was denied.

Only applications invited by the Foundation through a Request for Proposal will be entertained.

If completing the printable form, please be environmentally conscious. The least amount of paper is appreciated.
